Requests may be declined if a GP consultation is deemed necessary for the safety of your treatment. The practice will contact you if this applies. Decisions on prescribing are at the clinical discretion of your GP.

Chronic Disease Management (CDM) patients

Patients enrolled in the CDM programme require a nurse review every 6 months before repeat prescriptions are issued for their chronic condition medication. Prevention Programme (PP) patients require an annual review. Please request your prescription one week after your review appointment.

Contraception scheme

Patients on the free contraception scheme must book a review appointment before a prescription can be issued. Please contact us to schedule this in advance.
